That's Italian for Merry Christmas!

Yule Pray

The snow was falling in Salem town - white, crisp and Christmasy - as Miss Olivia, Duke, Posh and the Prof. all busied themselves with decorating the traditional Christmas tree.

"Duke," Olivia began, "I hope this is as much fun as spending an Italian Christmas with your family on Long Island - where were they from in Italy, again?"

"Calabria, darling," Domenico explained as he hummed Ave Maria along with his friend, Placido Domingo, courtesy the CD player, of course.

"Near Sicily?" Posh asked, intrigued, despite the jet-lag she should have been experiencing after the six hour flight from France.

"No, the old Calabria..."

"Which was in the heel, not the toe, of Italia!" Olivia exclaimed. "What town?"

"The Heavy Hand!" Duke laughed. "Manduria, my love."

"Hmmm...I'll have to research the place..."

"You haven't already? I mean, really, Liv, it's only the town founded by Ruggero the Norman in 1090..."
